RE: FY 2024 State Housing Trust Fund Notice of Funding Availability: Flexible Funds for Preventing Housing Insecurity – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS AND PROPOSAL EXTENSION DEADLINE
On February 2, 2024, the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) issued an Information Bulletin (IB 11-24) to announce a FY2024 State Housing Trust Fund Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Flexible Funds for Preventing Housing Insecurity.
Proposal Extension Deadline
The original deadline to submit project proposals has been extended from Friday, March 15, 2024, by 5:00 P.M. MST to Friday, March 22, 2024, by 5:00 P.M. MST.
All proposals must be uploaded to the ADOH website State HTF Special Projects Portal, which may be accessed by clicking on the link: https://housing.az.gov/portals/document-upload-portals/state-htf-special-projects-portal.
Questions and Answers
Questions and Answers (Q&A) from the informational session are now available for review and includes clarifications regarding direct and indirect costs and an increase to the maximum subsidy allowed for program participants.
