This is Part Six in our Series, Meeting Expectations. Each year, the Pinal County Coalition to End Homelessness (PCCEH) must adopt a Strategic Plan. The strategic plan must align with and address system performance measures established by the Arizona Balance of State Continuum of Care. The PCCEH is pleased to share updates on our annual goals.
This week, we are highlighting a goal that doe snot have to meet a Balance of State Continuum System Performance Measures. These are goals the Executive Committee identified as something important to the PCCEH and obtaining its overall goal. This year we hosted our 3rd Annual Reentry Roundtable. This event brings together non-profit, government, healthcare, and other agencies to address the needs of our returning citizens. Each year, we work with Arizona Town Hall to facilitate the event. In turn, they create a report of the discussions and action items as a result of the roundtable. We invite leaders, people with live experience, and service providers to speak about issues such as housing, employment, and transportation. It is our goal to connect providers with other agencies to help our returning citizens become successful.
The PCCEH publishes the report on our website at https://pcceh.com/housing-partners-information/. Identified action items are then incorporated within the next years strategic plan.
