This is Part Seven in our Series, Meeting Expectations. Each year, the Pinal County Coalition to End Homelessness (PCCEH) must adopt a Strategic Plan. The strategic plan must align with and address system performance measures established by the Arizona Balance of State Continuum of Care. The PCCEH is pleased to share updates on our annual goals.

This week, we are highlighting another goal that does not have to meet a Balance of State Continuum System Performance Measure. These are goals the Executive Committee identified as something important to the PCCEH and obtaining its overall goal. This year we created a “stakeholder presentation”. What this means is we created a standard presentation any of our members could use to share the same unified message around housing and homelessness with all of our stakeholders, members of the community, local elected officials, businesses, non-profits, churches, or anyone interested or concerns about the state of homelessness in our county. To encourage the use of a unified message, a narrative has also been provided for the presenter to follow. This helps to take the guess work out of what to say.

The presentation and instructions with the speaker notes are attached here and will also be posted on our website at https://pcceh.com/housing-partners-information/.
