BCBSAZ is offering a Social Determinants of Health program. This series will be offered monthly on the third Monday of the month, launching in October. This program will feature a lecture related to SDOH at each session, as well as a de-identified case presentation from a participant looking for information to address the social needs of a client including housing, food resources, domestic violence, family relationships, social isolation, etc.
